I’m currently a venture capital investor at Oak HC/FT in San Francisco where I focus on investing in early / growth opportunities in FinTech and Healthcare.

Before that, I worked at Matrix Partners where I was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and supporting Matrix’s early stage investments in FinTech, SaaS and Healthcare. Investments I was involved with include: Afterpay (ASX: APT), Side,IronChain Capital, Brightback and Fuzzy Pet Health.

Previously I was a consultant at McKinsey based in New York City. I spent most of my time working within McKinsey’s High-Tech practice across a range of topics including: pricing, GTM strategy, growth strategy, M&A, operations and customer success. I was also actively involved in the firm’s Fast Growth Tech practice, which serves early / growth stage pre-IPO companies.

Prior to joining McKinsey, I was fortunate enough to be educated at Columbia Business School. In addition to a curriculum tailored around startups and tech, I also worked in early stage venture capital at Bessemer Venture Partners and in FinTech at Betterment (as an InSITE Fellow.)

I began my post-college career at the New York City Department of Education as an elementary school teacher. I also wrote my senior honors thesis at Cornell on a topic in higher education.

Before landing in NYC, I attended Cornell University as an Economics and Government major with a minor in Information Science. While at Cornell, I co-founded a university-focused marketplace, served as President of Cornell’s Interfraternity Council and was a Rawlings Presidential Research Scholar.

Before heading east, I grew up in Los Angeles, CA. Go Lakers! I’m always up for meeting someone new or learning about a new start-up. So please get in touch if you’re building something interesting!
